If your child attends SIUE or surrounding schools, this is place is conveniently located. They even provide you with a lock. I couldn't be more happier to do business with them. Ray was beyond awesome. I've worked for years dealing with customers first hand as a service tech, he handled everything with the kind of service that I always strive to provide my customers. He went above and beyond, he gave tips for things, helped guide my truck to line up with the storage to make my load in easier, handled all issues that were going on when I got there with the kind of knowledge and customer service people hope for. Never said anything he wasn't sure of just to get people to feel at ease. Honest, knowledgeable, kind and considerate.
As far as the complex, seemed very clean, unit was nice and well taken care of. The only downside I saw was that the road could use some attention. That's the biggest downside I have seen so far. I have absolutely no complaints at all. I wish more companies were like this and I wish they hired more people like Ray.
